        今年以来,鞍(an)钢股份(fen)冷轧硅钢厂(chang)党(dang)委从深化(hua)支部建(jian)(jian)设、增强党(dang)员意(yi)识、优化(hua)队伍建(jian)(jian)设等(deng)方面入手(shou),不断夯实党(dang)建(jian)(jian)基础,助力企(qi)业实现高质量(liang)发展。

        深化党(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)建(jian)设,发(fa)挥堡垒作(zuo)(zuo)用。该厂(chang)(chang)党(dang)(dang)(dang)委充分(fen)发(fa)挥示(shi)(shi)范引(yin)领作(zuo)(zuo)用,以辽宁省党(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)标准化规范化建(jian)设示(shi)(shi)范点(dian)——机械党(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)为标杆,组织各(ge)党(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)开展对标学习,系统梳(shu)理基础工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度(du)、各(ge)类文件(jian),增(zeng)强制(zhi)度(du)的规范性、可操作(zuo)(zuo)性,党(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)基础工作(zuo)(zuo)水平得到显著提升。深化党(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)特(te)色品牌创建(jian),“三个(ge)层次五个(ge)维度(du)”党(dang)(dang)(dang)员目标承(cheng)诺模式助(zhu)推生产经营效(xiao)果(guo)显著,最大限度(du)地促进了(le)党(dang)(dang)(dang)员发(fa)挥作(zuo)(zuo)用,设备保障能(neng)力不断增(zeng)强。近(jin)年来,该厂(chang)(chang)事故时(shi)间累计下(xia)降75%,实现产线稳定运行,产能(neng)得到充分(fen)释(shi)放。持(chi)续开展党(dang)(dang)(dang)员先(xian)锋(feng)岗、红(hong)(hong)旗党(dang)(dang)(dang)员责任区(qu)评比表彰活动,促进典型示(shi)(shi)范作(zuo)(zuo)用发(fa)挥。截至目前(qian),共评选出(chu)党(dang)(dang)(dang)员先(xian)锋(feng)岗56个(ge)、红(hong)(hong)旗党(dang)(dang)(dang)员责任区(qu)16个(ge)。

        搭(da)建活(huo)(huo)(huo)动载体(ti),党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建功立业。该厂党(dang)委制定庆祝中(zhong)国共(gong)(gong)产党(dang)成立100周年活(huo)(huo)(huo)动方案(an),形成了4个方面(mian)、18项(xiang)具体(ti)内容的(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)动计划,开(kai)展党(dang)史(shi)微视频演讲、党(dang)史(shi)知识竞赛、参(can)观红色教(jiao)育基(ji)地(di)等(deng)(deng)系列活(huo)(huo)(huo)动。以党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)齐唱国歌(ge)、重(zhong)温(wen)入党(dang)誓(shi)词、义务奉献等(deng)(deng)多种形式切(qie)实增(zeng)强党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)政(zheng)治意识和政(zheng)治责任感。持续深化(hua)“共(gong)(gong)产党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工程”立项(xiang)攻关(guan)(guan)活(huo)(huo)(huo)动,围(wei)绕调品升(sheng)级、降本增(zeng)效(xiao)等(deng)(deng)重(zhong)点(dian)(dian)难点(dian)(dian)问题,组织共(gong)(gong)产党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)攻关(guan)(guan)立项(xiang)23项(xiang)。持续开(kai)展“短(duan)周期(qi)、见效(xiao)快”共(gong)(gong)产党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工程立项(xiang)活(huo)(huo)(huo)动,发挥党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在解决当前(qian)生产经营难点(dian)(dian)、重(zhong)点(dian)(dian)问题中(zhong)的(de)先锋模范作用(yong)。截至目前(qian),组织“短(duan)周期(qi)”立项(xiang)129项(xiang)、完成109项(xiang),有效(xiao)解决了20辊轧机一中(zhong)间辊轴头研损挂钩(gou)磨损、吊车(che)夹(jia)钳侧护板(ban)损坏钢卷(juan)外包(bao)装等(deng)(deng)突出问题,节约(yue)费用(yong)达400余(yu)万(wan)元。
